Returns & Refunds Policy – SkullFury Merch

At SkullFury Merch, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and satisfying. If anything does not go as expected, our return and exchange process is here to support you.


General Return & Exchange Process

Step 1 – Initiate Your Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@skullfurymerch.com with your order number. Our team will guide you step-by-step.

Step 2 – Ship Your Product Back

After approval, we will send you the correct return address. Please return your item within 7 days of approval. Use a tracked shipping service, as refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item is received and inspected.

Step 3 – Refund or Exchange

Once your item arrives, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. We will then either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your request.


Important Notes

  • Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
  • Email us at support@skullfurymerch.com with the subject line "RETURN" for faster support.
  • Only items that meet our policy requirements qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Do not send your return to the address on the shipping label. Contact us at support@skullfurymerch.com to get the correct return address.


Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product, or incorrect size compared to your order), SkullFury Merch will take full responsibility for the return shipping costs.

How it works: Please follow our return process and provide a receipt for the return shipping fee. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected to confirm it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, we will issue a full refund including the original product price plus the return shipping cost, or send a replacement at no extra charge.


Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Incorrect size selection (by customer) or change of mind.
  • Damage caused by wearing, washing, or self-repair attempts.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Replacement or exchanged items (final sale).

To qualify for any return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. Unless the error is ours, return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. However, once an order is placed, costs are incurred immediately.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. The remaining 85% will be refunded to your original payment method.

Why is there a fee? This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges assessed by banks and credit card companies, as well as administrative costs associated with order processing and pre-shipment handling.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please wait for the package to be delivered and follow our standard Return & Exchange Policy to initiate a return.

Refund & Exchange Timeline

Once your return passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive email notifications when:

  • Your return package is received
  • Your refund or exchange has been completed
