General Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@skullfurymerch.com with your order number. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back

After your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address. Please ship the item back within 7 days of approval using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the item.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your request.
